Sexual Assualt Awareness Month (SAAM) Challenge
Take action for SAAM!
For Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM), RVA is raising awareness and funds through the SAAM Challenge and we need YOUR help! Our goal is to raise $25,000 for prevention education, which provides young people with the tools they need to identify elements of rape culture, reduce risk factors for sexual abuse, and become agents of change within their own communities. Please join us in fundraising to achieve our vision: a world free of sexual violence.
Supporters who start their own fundraiser and receive at least 5 donations will receive a special SAAM T-shirt! Any donation $100 or more will receive a special SAAM tote bag! And, the supporter who raises the most money and the supporter whose fundraiser receives the greatest number of donations will each win an exclusive prize: a free ticket to RVA’s upcoming spring event, Evening of Impact, where we are honoring Me Too Founder Tarana Burke.
Please take action for SAAM by fundraising for RVA to help end sexual violence. The SAAM Challenge ends on Tuesday, May 1 at the end of Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
